We're pleased to offer worldwide signed for shipping on all purchases, no matter how big or small your order. We endeavour to ensure all express delivery orders placed before 2pm will be picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment team on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please ensure your details are correct upon order as we are unable to edit delivery addresses of parcels already dispatched.

*Orders placed over weekends or public holidays using DPD will be shipped the following working day.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All duties and import fees will be calculated at checkout.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Blacksmith Store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blacksmith Store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
RETURNS
All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns, please download our International Returns Form and once you have filled it out, send your order back to the address shown in the top left-hand corner of the form. We suggest adding insurance equating to the full value of the contents and choosing a service that includes tracking and requires a signature. We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.
If you are unable to print the returns label, please include a piece of paper with your full name, order number and continue the steps above.
RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED WITH GIFT CARDS
Refunds will automatically be sent back to the gift card and any amount refunded over the gift card total will be refunded to the payment card used at checkout.

Unfortunately, this service is not available to international customers at the moment. To ensure you don't miss out on the product you would like, return the product to us as explained in the returns section above. Once you have dispatched the return, place another order. This policy is in place to avoid you missing out on items which sell out whilst your return is on the way back to us!
