Where is my order?

See our shipping & returns page for full details. Please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery orders to be shipped, express and DPD orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same working day. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday and orders are shipped daily.

International order tracking

Will you be restocking sold out items?

Restocks arrive throughout the season. If you notice a product is out of stock in the size you’re after, you will see an option to sign up to receive a restock notification. Simply enter your email and you will be automatically notified when it’s back online.

We also suggest following our socials and signing up to our mailing list to keep up to date with restocks and new releases.

 

Where can I find a sizing guide?

You can find a sizing guide attached to the product description for all of our garments. Please send us an email if you cant find the measurement you are looking for.

 

Do you have a physical store?

We are currently online only and do not have a physical store. If you have any questions regarding a product, then please send us an email to orders@blacksmith-store.com and a member of our team will get back to you.

 

Will I receive import/customs charges for international orders?

You will not receive any import or customs charges when ordering internationally. Our international distribution partner Global-E include a breakdown of any taxes or duties and these will be shown settled at checkout to ensure smooth delivery with no hidden costs. For international orders please change the flag at the top of our website to ensure the order goes through our International team and to avoid any additional import/customs charges. Any international orders made with a VPN will divert this service and therefor incur additional and greater charges upon delivery, we highly recommend turning off your VPN when ordering.

Do you offer student discount?

We don’t currently offer student discount.

 

Where are your products made?

We source our goods from a number of locations including: the USA, UK, China, Portugal and India. This is based entirely on who does the best job in their particular field. Due to the size of our business and order quantities, we work with like-minded small producers and where possible, utilise organic and recycled fabrics from accredited GOTS suppliers.
